This is a hidden gem of a steamed dumpling shop that I couldn't find on the reviews. I was doing some business nearby and happened to come across this place. Even after walking for about ten minutes, I still had to go and have a taste
Location: No. 20, Changde Road, opposite is still a construction site
The environment: There are only six tables inside, and you can see the landlady making dumplings in the kitchen at a glance
Dishes: Mainly dumplings, along with many cold dishes, meats and porridge
I ordered the pickled cabbage and pork. They were freshly wrapped and steamed on the spot. The size was really big. There were ten in total. It was more than enough for a girl with a small appetite. I also ordered a cold dish. I chose it in the freezer myself. The side dishes all tasted great. I especially liked the shredded potatoes and the sweet and sour radish strips
The portion was really generous. I walked out of the store on my own. Next time I come, I'll try two packs of pig's ears. I heard they are also delicious. Nearby friends, hurry up and go to "Changde Apartment" for me.
